How to Apply for a Kfon Connection
Kfon connection can be applied thru a local internet service provider. Kfon will not provide any home internet connection directly. It will provide direct connections to government institutions and corporate companies eligible.
What is the name of Kfon Mobile App:
The name of Kfon app is ‘Ente Kfon’. Resident of Kerala can apply for a Kfon connection through Kfon’s free mobile application (app). The local internet service provider or local cable TV operator will get in touch with the applicant to provide the applied connection on a priority basis.
How to Apply for a Kfon Connection?
The application is available on Google play store. Applicant need to download the application as a first step. The application size is about 12mb only. The home page is displayed as shown below:
If the applicant is already a registered user, they can login with their details; otherwise can sign-in with details required on the next screen. The next screen look like this:
Customer need to enter his or her name, followed by a valid mobile number. Also, if there is an active land phone number, optionally they can provide that as well. Next is email ID – provide the mail ID at the slot next, followed by address which is important. This is where the location and proximity of server, hub, service provider etc. are determined from.
The address slot requires District, locality and PIN code to recognize the connection details. They may enter an optional message in the allotted column if required – like “Call me urgently or before 4 pm etc.”, then hit submit button.
The next screen will show a confirmation message that will read: Retail Enquiry – Thank you for filling out your information – We will contact you soon. This means that the local support provider will contact the applicant on a first come first serve basis and also, provide the connection upon confirmation over phone or mail.
